4 Voice Polyphonic-Paraphonic Synthesizer
Analog synth with 37 full-size keys, 4 VCOs, classic ladder filter, LFO, BBD stereo chorus, distortion, 32-step sequencer and arpeggiator.
Cute, you have to admit. Full-sized is a good move in my opinion. I’m not a real fan of mini keys or knobs. No presets or patch storage could be a deal killer for some.
Personally, I think the Poly D is overpriced at $698.00. For a similar amount of money, I’d rather have the $749.00 8 voice poly Modal Argon8 Keyboard, or a MIDI keyboard controller and either the $799.00 8 voice poly ASM Hydrasynth Desktop or the $549.00 4 voice poly Korg Minilogue XD Module. An analog purist might prefer the Poly D though. At $500-ish the Poly D would be market leading like other Behringer releases have been, but at $698.00, it has competition with much more to offer.
As more information becomes available, I will keep you updated.
